If any item produced by us has any type of factory defect such as broken stitching, broken zipper, or defective snap button, the defect will be repaired free of charge for the life of the garment.

If, in the event of an accident where damage to the garment has occurred, the garment can be returned to us and any necessary repairs will be carried out by our craftsmen. In such an event, the labor costs will be free and you will only need to pay for the leather or materials used to replace the damaged panels.
 
Any damage caused to the leather by the owner through not following our ‘Leather Care’ instructions, the www.bestleatherclothes.com guarantee and warranty will be deemed void.
